Terms of Use & Acceptable Use

These Terms govern your use of Bumper.lv (the "Site"), an adult online-games portal operated by Sensora, SIA (Latvia, EU). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility (18+)

The Site contains adult material and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and it must be lawful to view such material where you are located. By entering you confirm that this is the case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any third-party content or links.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
