This Privacy Policy explains how Sensora, SIA ("we", "us"), operator of Bumper.lv (the "Site"), processes personal data. The Site is an adult (18+) online games portal. We are established in Latvia (EU), so we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

The Site does not require registration and does not ask for your name, e-mail or payment details to play. We process only:

  • Technical/usage data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps (server logs and analytics).
  • Game ratings: when you rate a game, we record your vote together with your IP address solely to prevent duplicate voting and rating fraud.

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): operating and securing the Site, preventing abuse and rating fraud, and understanding aggregate usage.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics and non-essential cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.

3. Analytics & third parties

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland/LLC) to measure traffic. Google may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics) and where required by law.

4. Retention

Server logs and analytics data are kept only as long as necessary for security and statistics. IP addresses stored with game ratings are kept for as long as needed to maintain rating integrity.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact us (below). You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

6. Age restriction

The Site is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly process data of minors. If you believe a minor has used the Site, contact us so we can act.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
